Man-friendly moisturizing tips for winter

NC)—The cold, winter weather is here and with it comes lots of fun outdoor activities. Whether you're a snowboarder, cross-country skier or ice-hockey player, one thing is for sure: while you may be having a great time outside with the guys, your skin may not be. Keeping your skin moisturized is important, especially in the winter months. Here are some tips to make keeping moisturized easier this frosty season:

Make it easily accessible

Keep moisturizer in your gym bag, or even your car and use it often. By having it close at hand you won't be tempted to skip this crucial step to keeping skin feeling healthy, and may even inspire your friends to keep their skin resilient and flexible as well.

Pick a lotion that's made for you

Two thirds of Canadian men are comfortable using women's personal care products, but only one in four men are comfortable admitting it. Luckily, there are lots of great options on the market designed specifically for men. In fact football legend Michael Strahan likes Vaseline Men fast absorbing body and face lotion since it has a masculine scent and it absorbs in just 15 seconds so you won't miss out on any of the post-game parties.

Focus on specific areas

Don't worry about moisturizing your entire body. If you are in a hurry, just make sure to target key areas such as your hands, face, elbows and knees. These areas tend to be drier than the rest of your body and may need some extra attention.*
