Osteocalcin: Requires Vitamin K. Vitamin
K levels may be low if a person has a history
of poor digestion or antibiotic use. Vitamin K
is normally produced by the intestinal flora.
Levels of Vitamin K are high in some vegetables
such as alfalfa or green cabbage
